REFUND POLICY

1. Overview

All ticket and course purchases made through www.nailmasters.org are subject to this Refund Policy.
Please read it carefully before completing your purchase.

Because we organise live educational events, workshops, and conferences with limited capacity and significant preparation costs, all sales are final and non-refundable.

2. Non-Refundable Purchases

  • Once a booking or ticket purchase is completed, no refunds will be issued under any circumstances, including personal schedule changes, illness, or travel issues.

  • By completing your purchase, you acknowledge and accept that your payment is non-refundable.

3. Ticket Transfers

  • If you can no longer attend, you may transfer your ticket to another person.

  • To do this, you must notify us in writing at info@nailsacademy.org at least 7 days before the event date.

  • The new attendee must provide their full name and email address so that we can update the attendee list.

  • Ticket transfers made less than 7 days before the event may not be guaranteed.

4. Event Cancellation or Postponement

  • If the organiser (Nail Masters) cancels the event, you will receive a full refund or may choose to transfer your ticket to a future event.

  • If the event is postponed, your ticket will automatically be valid for the new date. If you cannot attend the rescheduled event, you may request a refund.

  • Refunds will be processed using the same payment method used for your original transaction.

5. Payment Processing Fees

Please note that payment processing fees charged by third-party providers (such as Stripe or Klarna) are non-refundable once a transaction is completed, even if an event refund is issued.

6. Online Courses and Digital Products

  • For digital or downloadable products (e-books, online training materials, or video courses), refunds are not available once access has been granted or materials have been delivered.

  • If you experience any technical issues accessing your purchase, please contact info@nailsacademy.org and we will help resolve the issue.

7. Exceptional Circumstances

Refunds may be considered in exceptional situations (such as organiser error, duplicate payments, or incorrect billing).
All refund requests must be submitted in writing within 7 days of purchase.
